Before Filing a Product issue claim you must preform all of the
testing Needed to help determine your claim.

How to test PROX Handles & Barrel Heads

  • Make sure the device is plugged in correctly and your bathroom / salon breaker is set.
  • Check to see if Handle light is on.
  • Check to make sure handle and head is in the lock position.
  • Check the swivel on the handle; this may be loose and can be tightened.
  • Check If more than one-barrel head is heating, then the barrel Head that is not heating is defective one. (The handle is not)
  • Check If none of the multiple barrel heads are heating up then the handle is the defective one
  • It very unlikely that more than one Barrel head will be defective.

How to test Classic Curling iron?

  • Make sure the device is plugged in correctly and your bathroom / salon breaker is set.
  • Check to see if light is on.
  • Check for heat.
  • Check the swivel on the handle; this may be loose and can be tightened.

How to test flat iron?

  • Make sure the device is plugged in correctly and your bathroom/ salon breaker is set.
  • Check to see if light is on.
  • Check for heat.
  • Check the swivel on the handle; this may be loose and can be tightened.

How to test Blow dryers?

  • Make sure the device is plugged in correctly and your bathroom breaker is set.
  • Make sure that the actual blow dryer breaker is set.
  • Check heat and power.
  • Check to make sure the cool shot button is de-pressed.
  • Check vent in rear to make sure it is not clogged (Overheating of motor may be caused by restriction of airflow, this will not be covered by our warranty).

What Happens Next?

Once your ENZOcare claim has been verified and processed, we will send you an email containing
your ENZOcare code (only valid on www.Enzomilano.com) and instructions on how to use it.

If you have a tracking number, you’ll be able to track when your product is delivered to our warehouse. After it arrives at the warehouse, the processing time can be up to 6 weeks.

Important ENZOcare Information

  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit. For this reason, we highly recommend getting a tracking number or delivery confirmation when shipping your package to ENZO MILANO.
  • A claim must be submitted for each product that is being sent in for warranty. Failure to do so can result in a void to any warranty and may prohibit future warranties.
  • The product you select on the ENZOcare claim must match the product we receive.
  • Any ENZOcare claim sent in with the wrong product family selected will not be eligible for replacement.

  • Your printed ENZOcare confirmation page must be packaged along with your defective product(s). Failure to do so may cause your warranty to become void.
  • You must include Proof of Purchase or proof or registration with your shipment. The location of purchase, date of purchase, and original purchase price must all be included and visible.
  • The product you send back becomes the possession of ENZO MILANO and will not be returned to you.
  • For all discontinued/limited edition items or special requests, please contact us at enzocare@enzomilano.com before returning your appliance.
  • Your warranty is under the sole discretion of ENZO MILANO and failure to follow the required procedures may cause your warranty to become void.
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for your warranty to be processed.

ENZOcare Credit Code Terms and Conditions

  • By using this ENZOcare Credit Code, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
  • ENZOcare Credit Codes are limited to a single, one-time use. If you do not use the entire value of the coupon in a single order placed on the ENZO MILANO online website, the remaining balance will be forfeited.
  • Coupons are valid for one month from the date of issuance. No exceptions.
  • Expired, unused coupons cannot be reissued.
  • ENZOcare Credit Codes are non-transferrable and can only be redeemed by the original recipient.
  • Limit of ONE ENZOcare Coupon Code per transaction.
  • ENZOcare Credit Codes cannot be combined with any other coupon codes or promotional offers.
  • ENZOcare Credit Codes are only valid for the purchase of qualifying ENZO MILANO products.
