Warranty Period:
Enzo Milano offers an automatic limited warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase at an authorized Enzo Milano dealer /distributor, it is effective immediately and does not require registry.
At Enzo Milano we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and want to offer our customers an opportunity to upgrade their warranty to last for a lifetime. To obtain your lifetime warranty, simply register your product within 30 days of purchase at an authorized Enzo Milano dealer /distributor or online at www.enzomilano.com. There are no fees required to register for the lifetime warranty and it is effective immediately. Warranties are valid for exchange on same model(s) only.
Warranty will only cover manufacturer’s defects and failures of electronic components; no functional heat, switch, faulty swivel cord, excluding normal wear and tear.
It will not cover: scratched barrels due to misuse or misplacement, melted cord (our cords are designed to withstand the heat of all Enzo Milano products), irons that have been dismantled or tampered with, and any type damage due to moisture i.e., leaving it in bathroom during a shower.
DO NOT SEND IN IRON WITH OUT PROPER RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
