• Check to see if light is on.
• Check for heat
• Check swivel on handle this may be loose and can be tightened

Flat Iron
• Make sure it is plugged in correctly and your bathroom breaker is set
• Check to see if the light is on
• Check for heat on each plate
• Check swivel

Blow Dryer
• Make sure it is plugged in correctly and your bathroom breaker is set
• Make sure that the actual blow dryer breaker is set
• Check heat and power
• Check vent in rear to make sure it was not clogged (over heat of motor may be cause be restriction of airflow this will not be covered by our warranty)

Choices
If you registered your warranty and followed all your warranty procedures choose
• Choose the “I have already registered my warranty”
• 25.00 dollar Fee which will include the return shipping (ground) as well as the processing Fee
• Total of $25.00
• Choose the  “I forgot to register my warranty”
• 25.00 charge with the addition of an
• additional 25.00 processing fee to upgrade your warranty to a lifetime
• total of $50.00
• Choose the “I accidentally broke my Flat iron”
• 25.00 fee with an
• additional 35.00 repair (this will not cover irons that are broken into 2 pieces only irons that have plate issues or structural issues due to misuse
• Total of $60.00

If you registered your warranty you will need to do the following
1. Double check that you have done all check list

2. Fill out RMA form online

3. You will receive an email with a link that will instruct your processing Fee payment options

4. Print both RMA email and Processing fee receipt

5. Prepare a box (not a Bag) for our product

6. Include product print out of RMA email And Processing Fee receipt

7. Send to Enzo Milano Warranty Department 2222 Michaelson Drive Ste. 333 irvine Ca. 92626

8. Wait 10 business days and you will receive a tracking number with your replacement iron.
