Terms and Conditions Policies

Processing and Shipping: Once an order is put through. Enzo Milano may take up to 3 to 5 business days to process the order before shipping the item. If the shipping is not UPS Ground and the customer would like to expedite the shipment the processing will done with in a faster time frame of 1 business day. Please call customer service for any further questions regarding processing and shipment.  

Terms and Conditions. Enzo Milano, Inc extends a Lifetime Warranty Support Plan on all our electrical appliances (curling irons, flat irons, blow dryers, etc.), provided that the irons were originally purchased at a one of Enzo Milano, Inc events and shows, Enzo Milano sales representative(s), authorized distributor or individual, and authorized salon or stylist. Our warranty does not include purchases from a reseller or third party. Our lifetime warranty support plan covers any questions and issues that may arise out of using our product. Customer support is made available via telephone, facsimile, electronic mail, or world wide web. Online support is not included in our Lifetime Warranty Plan.

Warranty for Equipment. We warranty all Enzo Milano, Inc electrical appliances to be free from material and electrical defects. If at any time with 10 business day after shipment the equipment does not function as warranty, return it and we will repair or replace it without charge, we will pay shipping charges to return the equipment to us for repair or replacement. After 10 business days, you must pay for the shipping costs to be return to Enzo Milano, Inc.. Equipment shipped back to you after warranty repair will be shipped via UPS Ground (extra fee will be charge for other shipping).  Misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper maintenance by you or failure caused by an item for which we are not responsible may void the lifetime warranty. If any product is subject to federal or state consumer warranty laws, our statement of limited lifetime warranty included with the product applies in place of these warranties.This warranty replaces any other warranty, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Restocking Charges. Orders cancelled during manufacturing but prior to shipment will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Orders returned within 30 days of shipment are subject to a 20% restocking fee excluding shipping and handling fee. Orders for custom products of any nature are noncancellable. After 30 days from shipment all sales are final.
